Terms and Conditions of the Bus service

Through its website it offers transfer services by minibus with a capacity of 1 to 8 passengers.
The type of service is that of the "door to door" Shuttle transfer according to which, after booking online on the website, the customer purchases one or more seats (according to need and availability) on a specific shuttle, identified among those proposed based on the expected departure or arrival time of the relevant flight.
The service will not be exclusive, therefore, the transfer will most likely be shared with other passengers.

When two or more people are included in the same online booking, or when the "online" booking is made on behalf of a third party, the person making the booking (Customer) will be treated as an agent with respect to the other members of the group ( Passengers) and, therefore, accepts, on their behalf, these conditions of service proposed by .
b. When booking online, the customer declares and ensures that all the data provided correspond to reality, are correct and complete.
c. The booking confirmation (Transport Voucher) is in all respects the travel ticket. Via smartphone or tablet it must be shown to the driver at before each transfer. The "Booking Request", however, has no validity as a travel ticket.
d. It is the customer's responsibility to check that all the data entered during the booking phase are actually those chosen by the customer himself. Any anomalies must be communicated via e-mail to, before carrying out the service.

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a valid mobile telephone number of at least one of the passengers, including any international prefix, just in case, given that the departure time from the agreed pick up locations may vary in case of bad weather or heavy traffic or any other reason that jeopardizes the usual regular execution. If the passenger does not have a mobile phone, the telephone number of the home or accommodation facility where the passenger is staying must be indicated. Any change in the pick up time will be notified via telephone, text message and WhatsApp. It is therefore the passengers' responsibility to check any messages received on their mobile phones from No reservations will be made where no telephone contact is indicated. For pick ups (withdrawals) to be carried out at the airports, please note that the drivers are authorized to wait for passengers for a maximum of 60 (sixty) minutes from the expected arrival time. It will be the responsibility of the Customer and/or Passenger to note down the telephone number of the assigned driver; in fact, in the event of changes in timetables or any delays in boarding for departure, to avoid the loss of the transfer, such delay must be promptly reported by telephone and the new expected arrival time must be communicated. In the event that there are delays in boarding or changes in timetables or other reasons that may cause the loss of the transfer without the Customer and/or Passenger having previously contacted or the assigned driver , nothing will be refunded to the Customer and/or Passenger.

If the Customer has golf bags or bikes with him, for which an additional price may apply, he must insert it in the appropriate spaces during the booking.
In case of failure to communicate , or its suppliers, they may refuse to transport objects not declared, loss or damage to the baggage itself.

b. The drivers of , and any of its suppliers, may refuse to transport anyone who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior is considered threatening for the driver himself, for vehicles or other passengers.
c. It is not permitted to introduce alcoholic beverages or narcotic substances into the vehicles used by with the intention of consuming them.
d. All vehicles of , and any of its suppliers, are regularly insured for civil liability towards third parties in accordance with current legislation.

Cancellation must be received 24 hours in advance prior to the start time of the service.
If you do not receive confirmation of cancellation from one of our operators via email, the service is considered confirmed.

c. Any complaints must be made in writing, via email to, within thirty days of the service being performed.
d. No refunds will be made for payments made through online PayPal payments that have already been invoiced.
